Shipping Information
FAST & FRESH! Since we want your treats to arrive at their freshest, we only use USPS Priority Mail. We find this to be the quickest, most economical way to get them to you!

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check periodically as we add new services. Any questions, please email: info@doggie-deli.com.

Shipping charges are added to your order at Checkout. Your total will include shipping charges, and there is no additional cost to you. Shipping rates are shown below.

SPECIAL NOTE: We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada but the shipping cost may be higher than those listed above. To order in these markets, please contact us and include your order and zip code. We will promptly respond with your total, including shipping.

Return Policy
Our Return Policy is simple....
Within 30 days of placing your order, if you are not completely satisfied with our fresh and healthy, preservative-free dog treats, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly send you a new product or return your money. Shipping/Delivery costs can not be refunded.

How do I place an order?
At this time, we offer online shopping, secure for your protection with PayPal. Orders may be placed by using the shopping buttons throughout the web site. Our checkout system will allow you to pay with PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Debit card.

What ingredients are used to bake the treats?
The ingredients for Doggie Deli treats vary by treat variety. We use only all natural, preservative free ingredients like (all-natural) peanut butter, whole wheat flour, honey, cinnamon, fresh fruits and vegetables to bake our treats. To get a better idea of what each treat contains, go to our Ingredients page. Or ~ on the Treat page, you can click on a treat photo to review the ingredients for each individual treat and learn more about our wholesome treats for your dog.

When will I receive my treats?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on when you place your order. Orders are usually shipped on Monday through Wednesday to ensure two day delivery. Orders received on Friday through Sunday or a holiday will be processed the following business day.

What is the shelf life of your dog treats?
Just like your local bakery, we bake your dog treats fresh for your order to give you the freshest, and best quality dog treats upon their arrival to your home. Shelf life for most of our dog treats is 4-6 weeks and for softer dog treats such as muffins or biscuits, it's about 2-3 weeks.

How do the treats need to be stored?
For general storage, a good "rule of thumb" is to store our all dog treats how you would normally store your fresh baked cookies from your kitchen. Although most of our dog treats do not need to be refrigerated, we recommend you refrigerate them in a closed container. This will ensure their lasting freshness for your pet. Please take care not to leave treats decorated with carob or yogurt in high temperature conditions. You can freeze any of our treats to extend the shelf life for several months - but we guarantee they won't be around that long!
